Dublin, Howth, and back to Nottingham-in a nutshell!

Dublin is a big city! It has some sketchy parts of town...which happened to be kind of where our hostels were! No, we were fine though! The first two nights were adventurous in a room full of 18 men, and Katie and I! Interesting, to say the least, but no problems. (My parents read this, I don´t mean to scare/worry them, cuz we were very safe!!!) We took it slow in Dublin, slept plenty, but saw the good stuff! We toured the Guinness factory...very interesting, and a free pint of draught at the top! We also toured the St. Patrick´s Cathedral, beautiful, like all the cathedrals in Europe! The pubcrawl was a highlight as well...7 euro, two free shots, and an American tour guide! We saw some really cool pubs on the crawl, they were very big and fancy! St. Stephen´s Green, a large park was another beautiful place to visit in the city! The river going through town was cool too, with lots of neat little bridges! Temple Bar area was cool as well, lots of pubs and restaraunts! There are cool outdoor shopping centers in Dublin, they are pedestrian only streets, very cute! My favorite part of our Ireland adventures was our day trip to Howth! It is a little fishing village on the Irish Sea, so cool! It was a cold day out by the water, but so worth it! Adorable town and a great little market where we got fresh pineapple, crepes, and fudge! After Dublin we were back in Nottingham one night before heading back to London airport to come home to Granada! There our Luther friends greeted us once again! The club didn´t happen that night because I didn´t bring my ID:( Oh well, it was just good to be in their company! It was a lot of traveling, but it was great! Once again, I don´t have pics to put up yet, but there are millions, so stay tuned! Thanks for reading about my travels! Paz=Peace!
